Usage:

• If you want to help to find new and undocumented '*.net' and '*.com' addresses, so copy the file 'flags.conf' and the file 'flags.bmp' into the %appdata%-folder and press the keys 'CTRL+SHIFT+R' (to reload the new files) or just restart uTorrent.
  
• You can only map '.net' and '.com' domains to a country.
  The format is 'domain.com|CC' (CC being country code).
• This file 'flags.conf' is a special version additional with already known '*.net|US' and '*.com|US' addresses (Thanks to AlphaOmega for originally collecting them).
  So unknown addresses will be shown with a special -flag, when using the 'flags.bmp' too.
